YARD SALE AND SWAP MEET
Special thanks to all those that had a part in our 2009 event.

Some of you gave us ideas to help us improve our 2010 yard sale and swap meet area and we are working to improve this area. This year we will have the area for this closer to the people.  In 2010, we will have it closer to the spectator parking, so that the spectators will be walking closer to your booths, etc.  This will allow more people to stop by and see what you have for 2010.
If you are interested in setting up to sale items (tools, car parts, farm produce items, yard sale items, etc.) No food or dinks to be sold/distributed in the yard sale or swap meet area. 
Fresh vegetables and produce can be sold, but NO food or drinks other than the fresh produce (tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, corn, etc.)
If you have a company that you would like to come and setup to show your products and dimeninstrate

Spaces Available:
     10' x 20' donation of $10.00
     10' x 10' donation of   $5.00

Sponsorship Area:
     For a donation (sponsorship) of $100.00 you will be able to setup in the area (paved area) located in the same area of the DJ.  
Space is limited for both areas.
Money must be paid before setup is allowed.
Checks should be made payable to: Williams United Way
Donations are for: United Way of Davidson County
Our company will match dollar for dollar all funds raised.  Checks must be made payable to Williams United Way in order for the funds to be matched.

You must provide whatever you need.  The donation is for the space ONLY.    There is no electricity.  You must provide tables, chairs, tent, etc. (if needed).
In 2008, we had 153 entries and in 2009 we had 138 entries in the car show.  There were hundreds of people that entered the gates to view the cars and see the events at the show.  This is a way that you can bring your items and setup at an area where there will be people to see what yo have and not have to have people coming in and out your driveway.

If you are interested you will need to contact Williams (Bonnie or Dale) and let us know that you would like to setup at our show on Saturday, August 21st.  Spaced is limited.  First ones to sign up, be approved and made the payment for the area will be the ones that will be allowed to setup.   Must have prior approval before you will be allowed to setup.

Setup Time:  7:30am til 9:00am

All sellers be ready to leave the grounds by 4pm.

It will be held rain or shine.

There will be no refunds
